Daisetsuzan Sounkyo Kurodake Ropeway

Description

A bus can take you right up to the station for this ropeway. One of its gondolas can transport 101 people halfway up the 1300-meter-tall Kurodake, where you can enjoy grand vistas of the Daisetsuzan mountains.

A 30-minute trip from Kamikawa Station on the Dohoku Bus for Sounkyo, then a five-minute walk from the last stop
