Starbucks Japan is celebrating the arrival of spring with a new sakura-themed Frappuccino®, the Peach & Sakura Warabi Mochi Frappuccino®. This limited-edition drink is offered in a tall size only, priced at 687 yen for takeout and 700 yen for in-store purchases.

The Peach & Sakura Warabi Mochi Frappuccino® combines the sweetness and freshness of white peach with the soft, sakura-infused texture of warabimochi. The base of the Frappuccino® is a smooth, milky blend of white peach flavor and rich white chocolate syrup. The whipped cream on top is adorned with a strawberry-sakura sauce and berry powder for a refreshing, fragrant finish. The warabimochi, with its soft and chewy texture, is a delightful contrast to the smooth, creamy base of the drink.

Alongside the Peach & Sakura Warabi Mochi Frappuccino®, Starbucks Japan is also introducing the Ichigo Sakura Soy Latte, a beautifully pink drink that blends the sweetness of strawberries with a delicate hint of sakura. This seasonal latte is offered in both hot and iced versions. Prices start at 550 yen for takeout and 561 yen for in-store purchases (Short size).

The Ichigo Sakura Soy Latte is a harmonious mix of vibrant strawberry flavors and a subtle sakura aroma, combined with Starbucks’ signature soy milk for a smooth, mellow finish. A sweet-tart strawberry and sakura sauce forms the base, while the naturally mild sweetness of soy milk enhances the floral and fruity notes. The drink is topped with a pink powder infused with strawberry, raspberry, and sakura, adding a fragrant, spring-like touch to every sip.

Both drinks are available nationwide (excluding some locations) from February 15th to March 11th, 2025.

Additionally, starting February 15th, Starbucks Japan will offer soy milk customization for all beverages free of charge nationwide!

Doutor Coffee Shop is ushering in spring with its delightful Sakura Fair, starting February 20, 2025.

The Sakura-scented Café Latte (Hot/Iced) offers a perfect blend of sakura-flavored milk and smooth espresso, finished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of sakura powder for a fragrant and creamy treat. Prices start at 530 yen for an S size.

(In some stores, a stronger coffee is used instead of espresso.)

For a refreshing, fruity option, the Sakura-scented Peach Tea (Iced Only) combines Doutor's signature iced tea with sakura sauce and peach chunks, delivering a delightful, spring-inspired drink. This drink is priced at 550 yen.

If you're in the mood for something sweet, try the Sakura Mille Crepe – Strawberry Chocolate. This delicate crepe is filled with whipped cream and strawberry chocolate, topped with sakura-flavored cream and a touch of sweet sauce, making it an ideal treat for any sakura lover. The Sakura Mille Crepe is priced at 520 yen.

The Sakura Warabi Mochi Latte is a dessert-inspired drink featuring a delightful combination of soft, chewy sakura leaf-infused warabi mochi, sakura-flavored milk, and a touch of bitter espresso. Topped with a cute "P"-shaped cookie, a trademark of the "P Latte," whipped cream, sakura-flavored chocolate shavings, and salted cherry blossoms, this latte offers a stunning, spring-like appearance that's as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the taste buds. This drink will be available in Regular (715 yen) and Large (803 yen), with take-out options.

PRONTO’s Sakura Milk Tea offers a fragrant twist with its blend of original Ceylon tea infused with the delicate scent of sakura and steamed sakura-flavored milk. Topped with cherry blossoms, this tea is the perfect way to experience the beauty of spring with every sip. Priced at 550 yen (Large), also with take-out available.

Both drinks will be available from February 18, 2025, to April 7, 2025, during café hours (excluding bar time).

For the 6th time, Tully's Coffee Japan is partnering with Warner Brothers Discovery Global Consumer Products to launch a special “Tom and Jerry” collaboration.

This year's collaboration lineup, called 'Time for Coffee! Be Happy!,' includes a number of fun food and drink items sure to add some excitement to your meal! This year’s lineup went on sale on February 5, and will be available until March 31, 2025.

The lineup features two drinks. The Sakura Honey Cream Latte, available hot or iced for 705 yen (Tall, tax included), is a smooth café latte topped with chocolate flakes that resemble falling cherry blossoms, and enhanced with a creamy blend of honey and sakura sauce for a refined flavor.

The &TEA Sakura Peach Melba Royal Milk Tea, also priced at 705 yen (Tall, tax included) and available hot or iced, offers a sweet and fruity spring-inspired experience, blending royal milk tea with hints of sakura, and topped with whipped cream, vanilla peach sauce, and raspberry sauce.

For each drink purchased, you can add the “Tom and Jerry” Mofu Mofu Sleeve for an additional 990 yen (tax included). These cute, 3D sleeves with ears can also be used as a wristband. The Tom Mofu Mofu Sleeve is available from February 5, while the Jerry sleeve is available from February 12. Do note that these dates are subject to change, and availability may vary by location!

Highlighting a few delicious items, you can enjoy the Tom and Jerry Bagel Sandwich Berry Berry Mascarpone (420 yen), a chewy bagel filled with sweet strawberry and mascarpone cream, complemented by dried cranberries.
For something savory, try the Tom and Jerry Ham and Cheese Flat Sandwich (495 yen), a pressed sandwich loaded with layers of ham and cheese, perfect for a quick snack.

And don’t miss the Tom and Jerry Sakura Scented Strawberry Rare Cheesecake Mousse (555 yen), a delicate rare cheesecake mousse with hints of sakura and strawberry, topped with a marbled design resembling cherry blossoms in full bloom.
